Sojourn in the heart of an ancient world and be part of an intellectual journey that will take you through the history and culture of the Roman Empire and the Italian Renaissance. Experience for yourself a country renowned for its impact on world history, art, literature and architecture. You will also enjoy Italy’s gorgeous beaches, its majestic ruins — and its exquisite cuisine and exciting nightlife!

This Session will have students visit Vatican City Opens in new window, the Renaissance city of Siena Opens in new window, the artist’s paradise of Florence Opens in new window, and the canals of Venice Opens in new window. Join other students from universities across Canada and experience ‘la dolce vita.’ Excellent teaching combined with thorough travel guidance will leave a lasting impression of Italy, as well as an understanding of its role in the founding of western civilization.
